Jack de Keyzer & the Canadian All Star Blues Band with guest Doug Riley

Born in London, England, Jack de Keyzer, Juno and 7-time Maple Blues Award-winning guitarist, singer, song-writer and producer is now based out of Toronto. Jack has carved a succesful career that spans over 30 years, more than 20 of them as leader.

Jack has released four CD's and a DVD featuring his original work, his songs appear regularly on video, rock & blues radio charts. His songs have been recorded by several artists, and can be heard in a variety of film and television soundtracks, including Bravo Channel's recently aired Talkin' Blues series.

In addition to his own band, Jack has worked as a session guitarist for many artists including Etta James, Otis Rush, John Hammond Jr., Robert Gordon, Bo Diddley, Willy "Big Eyes" Smith & Blue Rodeo.

An exciting entertainer, soulful singer and electrifying guitarist, Jack de Keyzer delights a vast spectrum of music lovers wherever he performs. Performing 120 + dates a year, the Jack de Keyzer band has toured throughout Canada, the USA, Mexico and Europe and performed at many major blues festivals & corporate events including the BB King Blues Festival and Montreal International Festival of Jazz.

His latest CD, Silver Blues, released on the blue star label, is the latest milestone in the lifelong musical journey of a contemporary blues journeyman. Look for the new Jack de Keyzer release "Blues Thing", a collection of 14 new original blues, r&b and cool jazz tunes this summer 2007!
